L’ETO is growing – and we’re looking for experienced culinary talents to join our Dubai team!

What’s This Role About?

You’ll be responsible for coordinating the kitchen flow, ensuring smooth service, and making sure every dish is plated like a piece of art.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Preparing cold, hot dishes and desserts using top kitchen equipment
• Following seasonal menu recipes
• Keeping your section spotless and following hygiene standards
• Ensuring food quality and presentation are always at their best
• Supporting the team with inventory, stock levels and par control
• Gathering guest feedback and contributing to continuous improvement
• Treating kitchen equipment like a pro to avoid downtime
• Working within a supportive, fast-paced kitchen schedule

Who You Are:

• Previous experience as a chef (minimum 2 years)
• Confident with fish, seafood, meats, pastas — even the wild combos
• A team player with ambition, neatness, and high responsibility
• Fluent in English
• Aware of allergens and kitchen safety
• Curious, open to training and tastings
• Positive, hands-on, and hungry to grow
