CDhorizon FZE is seeking a proactive and results-driven Event Sales and Business Development Professional specializing in heavy equipment rental for fairs and events in the UAE. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by securing rental contracts, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the event industry.
المهام الأساسية:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and prospect clients (event organizers, exhibitors, contractors) requiring heavy equipment rentals (e.g., Generators, Tower Lights, Aerial Work Platform etc).
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through market research and client outreach.
- Negotiate rental agreements and close deals in line with company targets.
- Promote CDhorizon’s rental services, including customized solutions for fairs, exhibitions, and large-scale events.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the CRM system.
Event Coordination & Client Management:
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery, setup, and retrieval of rented equipment.
- Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and provide tailored rental solutions.
- Ensure smooth event execution by coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Support marketing efforts by contributing to targeted campaigns and lead generation.
- Provide insights to refine sales strategies and expand CDhorizon’s event rental portfolio.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Monitor sales performance, track conversions, and submit regular progress reports.
- Evaluate feedback and market data to optimize rental services and client satisfaction.
مؤهلات:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- 3+ years in sales/business development, preferably in event equipment rental, construction, or logistics .
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment used in events (e.g., loaders, lifts, power solutions).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in B2B sales for events, trade shows, or exhibitions .
- Existing network with event planners, contractors, or rental agencies.
- Familiarity with UAE’s event industry and safety regulations for equipment handling.
- Competitive salary + commission .
