QA Tester

المسؤوليات:

• Develop and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test cases tailored to ERP modules such as finance, human resources, supply chain management, etc.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including ERP developers, business analysts, and implementation consultants to understand business requirements and develop comprehensive test scenarios.
• Design and implement automated test scripts specifically tailored for ERP workflows to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Execute manual and automated tests, analyze test results, and provide detailed reports to the development team and stakeholders.
• Identify and prioritize defects, track issues through resolution, and verify fixes within the context of ERP configurations and integrations.
• Conduct performance testing and scalability assessments to ensure our ERP solutions meet the demands of large-scale enterprise environments.
• Continuously evaluate and improve our QA processes related to ERP testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on ERP testing best practices.

المتطلبات:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on ERP systems.
• Proficiency in ERP testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Strong understanding of ERP modules and business processes such as finance, HR, supply chain management, etc.
• Experience with ERP testing automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., UFT, Selenium, Python, etc.).
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN) and issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla) in the context of ERP projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

المؤهلات الأساسية:

• Experience with ERP implementation projects, including configuration, customization, and integration testing.
• Knowledge of ERP-specific testing challenges such as multi-language support, compliance requirements, and data migration/validation.
• Familiarity with ERP performance testing tools and techniques (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter).
• Relevant ERP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
