نبحث عن Service Engineer / Supervisor with strong experience in HVAC, MEP, and calibration works. The role involves coordinating and supervising technical teams , managing stock control, and ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Applicants must demonstrate leadership skills, technical expertise, and strong English communication skills, along with proficiency in computer systems. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

المسؤوليات

A) Supervision & Coordination

• Supervise HVAC, MEP, and calibration projects on-site.

• Assign and monitor tasks for technicians to ensure timely completion.

• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and support to the service team.

• Conduct quality checks on installation, repair, and calibration work.

B) Stock & Inventory Control

• Oversee stock control for tools, spare parts, and calibration instruments.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and availability of essential items.

• Coordinate with the procurement team for timely purchase orders.

C) Client & Service Management

• Act as the point of contact between clients and service teams.

• Provide technical reports and service updates to management and clients.

• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and quality protocols.

Industry Focus

The role covers HVAC, MEP, and calibration services across industries such as industrial equipment, electro-mechanical, oil & gas, marine, manufacturing, and process control systems .

Qualifications

• التعليم: Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, or related engineering field.

• الخبرة: Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC, MEP, and calibration, with supervisory exposure.

• Technical Skills:

  • Project coordination and team supervision.

  • Calibration knowledge of instruments and equipment.

  • Stock and inventory management skills.

• Other Requirements:

  • Valid UAE Driving License .

  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written).

  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, ERP/CRM systems).

Additional Qualifying Advantages

• Experience in managing service teams for industrial equipment and instrumentation.

• Knowledge of calibration standards and technical documentation.

• Exposure to customer support and after-sales service supervision.

• Ability to generate reports, analyze service data, and manage workflows.

What We Offer

• Salary: AED 4,500 – 6,000 depending on skills & experience.

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
