المهام الوظيفية:

• Develop and coordinate technical design packages for high-rise projects.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications codes and industry standards.
• Lead and manage BIM workflows ensuring accuracy and efficiency in Revit models.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and technical issues.
• Support project managers in delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Provide technical guidance to junior architects and design staff.
• Participate in design review meetings and client presentations.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Must have 8-10 years of proven experience as a Technical Architect preferably within the UAE.
• Strong track record in high-riseproject design and delivery.
• Proficiency in Revit and advanced BIM experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Strong coordination skills with the ability to work across disciplines.
• A proactive team player with leadership potential.
• Must be currently based in the UAE.
• Immediate availability to join.
