Release Manager and Environment maintenance specialist – Dicetek LLC

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

• Ensure stakeholder management, clear communication and timely reporting
• Resolve any challenges on projects to enable the teams to deliver on time
• Provide reports on the status of the project under execution, challenges, risk and mitigation plan
• Hands-on experience in using various Project Management Tools
• Experience in Vendor/partner management
• Added advantage of working on cloud and micro-services based projects
• Strong technical background to work with multiple teams across the bank
• Experience in fast paced, challenging environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
• 10+ years experience working as a release manager, preferably in a large organization (NBFC/IT)
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (traditional & agile), good acquaintance to project management tools and Mobile App release mechanisms
• Deep expertise in Scrum, with exposure to one or more scaling frameworks. Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM / PSM / SSM / PMI-ACP) is an added advantage
• Knowledge of at least one other Agile approach, such as Kanban, Scrumban, Lean, or XP
• Strong influencer and a good communicator
• Technical knowledge of software development and IT deployment
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools
• Knowledge of banking products, digital channels (especially Mobile and Internet Banking) and services
• Strong technical background to work with multiple teams across the bank
• Experience in fast-paced, challenging environment
• Added advantage of cloud and micro-services based projects
