We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant technical certifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, developing, and implementing ITSM processes like Incident Management, Change Management, and writing related documents.

The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of HPSM and ManageEngine, particularly in Triplet creations and reports extraction. They will be able to prepare dashboards, reports, and monitor and track SLAs. Quality audits and preparing Standard Operating Procedures are also key responsibilities.

• Microsoft, TrendMicro, and other relevant Technical certifications
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Create, develop, and implement ITSM processes like Incident Management, Change Management, etc.
• Good knowledge of HPSM and ManageEngine, particularly in Triplet creations, reports extraction, etc.
• Able to prepare dashboards, reports, etc.
