Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with FenX configuration and deep expertise in the Know Your Customer (KYC) domain. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to lead and mentor a team of configurators.

• Proven hands-on experience with FenX configuration.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulations, FATF guidelines, CRS, and FATCA.
• Lead and mentor a team of FenX configurators.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support business processes and decisions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain clear documentation.
• Support project management methodologies as needed.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulations, FATF guidelines, CRS, FATCA, and KYC standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.

Preferred

• Fenergo configuration certification.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudFormation).
• Understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and CI/CD.

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on FenX/FeneRgo configuration and minimum 7 years of experience in KYC domain using Fenergo and FenX.
