We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Engineer – Virtualization to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in virtualization technologies, system administration, and infrastructure management. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting virtualization solutions to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of enterprise IT systems.

• Design, deploy, and manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar).
• Perform capacity planning, performance monitoring, and tuning of virtual environments.
• Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies for virtual infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure security compliance, patching, and updates across virtualization platforms.
• Document technical processes, system configurations, and operational procedures.
• Stay updated with emerging virtualization and cloud technologies to recommend improvements.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure with a focus on virtualization technologies.
• Hands-on expertise in VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter , or Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Strong knowledge of server administration (Windows/Linux) and networking concepts.
• Experience with storage solutions (SAN/NAS) and integration with virtualization platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is an advantage.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE, or equivalent ) preferred.
