Al-Futtaim Automall is the Used Car Division of the Al-Futtaim Group and has been developed following extensive customer research, using worldwide best practices with the addition of market-leading customer service which everyone expects from the Al-Futtaim Group. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Buying Executive who would like to be in a more challenging and rewarding career in the used car industry.
We are currently seeking to recruit Buying Executives to be based in Dubai. You will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing the required quantity of vehicles as per the stock requirement and the purchase price advice.

• Prospect and purchase required vehicles at the recommended price.
• Achieve the budgeted Gross margin.
• Ensure that the stock mix is balanced and priced appropriately for faster stock turnover.
• Ensure that the customer is provided with a delightful experience on every occasion.
• Utilise every opportunity to source vehicles for sale through the wholesale channel.
• Accurately capture vehicle inspection in the Vehicle inspection form and derive the value appropriately.

To apply for this role, you should have the following skills, experiences, and qualifications:

• Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Diploma or Graduation.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year.
• Job-Specific Skills: Experience in Buying or selling of vehicles, Floor experience in a major Franchise Workshop, MS Office Skills, verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Behavioural Competencies: Ability to handle high levels of activity, Emotional Maturity to handle and satisfy internal and external customers, Sensitivity and Team Work to work and excel in a multicultural work environment. Ability to remain focused on the set monthly targets and to be self-driven to achieve and excel them. Ability to do self-review and continuously improve.
