المهام الأساسية:

• Develop creative design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations based on client requirements.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and material specifications for interior fit-out projects.
• Space planning and design development in line with functional, aesthetic, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout execution.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories within budget.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues during execution.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

المتطلبات:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in interior design with a focus on fit-out projects (commercial, residential, or retail).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other design software.
• Strong knowledge of materials, joinery details, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle client meetings, presentations, and manage design changes effectively.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
