Are you a dynamic professional with a passion for sales, client relationship management, and driving business growth in the AV & Events industry? We are looking for an experienced Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai.

المهام الأساسية:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business opportunities in the AV & Event Management sector.
• Identify, approach, and convert potential clients across corporates, exhibitions, conferences, weddings, and large-scale events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with internal teams (AV technicians, project managers, event planners) to deliver tailored solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction and brand representation.
• Stay updated with UAE’s event market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts to close deals effectively.

المتطلبات:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales & Business Development within AV, Events, or related industries.
• Strong client network in the UAE events and hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
