• Plan and manage projects from commencement until completion in a profitable manner
• Develop and modify project management plans including proposals, detailed work breakdown structure, schedule of tasks, risk mitigation strategies, process maps, statements of work etc.
• Determine whether project scope and objectives are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
• Plan effectively around delivery constraints, optimize plan to maximize benefits and minimize risk
• Provide consistent progress updates on project deadlines/ timelines to Senior Management highlighting any changes/variations
• Evaluate project outcomes against planned deliverables and monitor project milestones to ensure timely completion
• Conduct site visits and approve Consultant and Sub-Contractor’s submittals
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
• Ensure use of industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution
• Track project cost, objectives by managing resources in an efficient and cost-effective manner
• Evaluate project outcomes against planned deliverables and monitor project milestones in order to ensure delivery of projects within budgets

Qualifications

الخبرة:

• Minimum 20+ years of relevant experience in the field of construction

المؤهل:

• Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Civil Engineering
