Responsible for finding nonconformities during verification & audit of quantities, estimation, zero budget, costing, planning impacts, procurement, reworks, productivity, quality, etc., and during Site technical Audits & Assessments, Deviations in contractual terms, the other relevant constraints during and after work execution, certification of contractor/supplier payments, material purchase & booking, store inventory & asset management, through a structured concurrent audit process.

Verification of all Monthly Work done report (Actual Execution), Sub-Contractor PCs, Service & Machinery Hire PCs, Labour Hire PCs, Material Reconciliation, and Reconciliation of Contra charges.

Verification of Non-Inventory Goods Receipt Note (NIGRN or PRGRN).

Verification of Inventory Goods Receipt Notes (IGRN), Bookings related to Inward/outward of goods, Internal transfer, Project material issues, storage and quantity verification of materials, and scrap disposal.

Conduct Periodic Store Audit / Asset Audit / Site audit.

Quantities claimed will be cross-checked physically at the site whether work was executed as per the job description, material specifications in quotation/order/BOQ, drawings, etc.

Issuance of Non-conformance to auditee for repetitive deviations.

Preparation of daily audit tracker, internal audit reports, documentation of issues identified during bill certification, and tracking the cost savings, etc.
