Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and talented graduates to join our team in the UAE. As a Graduate Engineer at GHD, you will be part of our Graduate Development Program, designed to develop future leaders and technical specialists. You will gain hands-on experience, receive mentoring, and engage in a variety of development activities.

Graduate Development at GHD

Our two-year global graduate development programme provides exposure to a wide range of projects in the Water, Energy, Industrial, Property and Buildings sectors both in the UAE and overseas. You will develop decision-making, communication, technical and leadership skills. We offer mentoring and a range of development activities, on-the-job experience and support toward gaining chartered status within your field.

Based in the Abu Dhabi/Dubai office

You will be involved in a portfolio of different projects and apply your newly acquired skills in a range of environments. Your role will develop as your knowledge of our business increases.

What You Will Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering or a related field.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and development.
