Overview

We’re Hiring: Team Lead – Unified Communication & Integrated Applications

Location: Dubai

Work Mode: Onsite

المسؤوليات

  • Lead & mentor a team of telecom engineers to deliver top-quality UC solutions
  • Design, implement, and maintain Unified Communication & Contact Center platforms
  • Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and high-performing
  • Collaborate across teams to integrate communication platforms seamlessly
  • Introduce new technologies and best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in Unified Communication, IP PABX, SMS, Contact Center & Integrated Applications
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Expertise in SIP, IVR, VMware, Telepresence, and related UC technologies
  • Bonus points for certifications:
  • CCIE Collaboration
  • Cisco Specialist
  • Ribbon SBC
