Overview

Inclusion Teacher – Maternity Cover – January 2026. This role is with GEMS Education.

المسؤوليات

• Join the Secondary Inclusion department and contribute to transformed student outcomes and a love of learning.
• Deliver effective teaching and support to students, aligning with diverse curricula and the IB philosophy where possible.
• Collaborate with the Inclusion team and leadership to support students in a non-selective, culturally diverse community.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Education degree, or an initial degree plus a relevant teaching qualification such as a PGCE, PGDE or equivalent in Inclusion.
• Advanced qualifications are preferred but not essential.
• Minimum of 3 years experience teaching Secondary Inclusion, ideally within an IB or NCofE curriculum school, though not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of the IB framework and Approaches to Teaching (preferred).
• Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and delivering outstanding teaching and learning experiences.
• Alignment with the IB Learner Profile values and genuine enthusiasm for working in a diverse, non-selective school community.
• Available to commence in January 2026.
