Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and skilled Planning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil, building, and infrastructure work, with a proven track record of successful project planning and execution.

المهام الأساسية:

• Develop and maintain project schedules and plans for civil, building, and infrastructure projects
• know term variation claims and delay analysis
• pre tender job and post tender
• preparing baseline
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify project requirements and constraints
• Monitor project progress and identify any potential delays or issues
• Prepare progress reports and present them to project stakeholders
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
• Utilize project management software to track and monitor project progress
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle

مؤهلات:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning for civil, building, and infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and techniques
• Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
