Job Purpose:
Lead scaffolding operations onshore and offshore, ensuring safe and efficient work platforms for construction activities.

• Allocate tasks to crew, demonstrating safe scaffolding assembly/disassembly.
• Train subordinates and maintain tools/equipment in optimal condition.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct site inspections, and report hazards.
• Investigate crew grievances and ensure compliance with HSE standards.

المتطلبات:

• 10+ years in Oil & Gas scaffolding operations.
• Offshore safety certifications and ability to read/write reports in English.
