1. Development based on the functional requirement.
2. Incident resolution.

Skills:

1. A rock-solid understanding of the core Dynamics 365 CE concepts.
2. Experience working on Power Apps.
3. Hands-on experience in CRM customization e.g. Plugins, Actions, etc.
4. Power Pages and Power Automate knowledge is required.
5. CRM functional knowledge is required.
6. Web API development and Azure APIM knowledge would be an advantage.
7. Agile process knowledge is necessary; Azure DevOps knowledge is an advantage.
