Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled QA/QC Engineer with expertise in MEP projects to ensure the quality and compliance of our projects with industry standards and regulations.

• Develop and implement quality control plans for MEP projects, including inspections, testing, and documentation.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any deviations from project specifications and work with the project team to address them.
• Review and approve materials and equipment used in MEP projects to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Monitor the implementation of quality assurance procedures and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues and improve project performance.
• Prepare quality reports, documentation, and non-conformance reports as needed.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and technological advancements related to MEP projects.

Candidate Requirements

• UAE/MOFA attested Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience working as a QA/QC Engineer in MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction techniques, and quality control processes.
• Familiarity with relevant codes and standards such as ASHRAE, NFPA, and ASME.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Quality certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) are a plus.
