• Manage implementation and compliance with external accreditation schemes, such as LEED Cities & Communities, LEED (asset level), Mostadam, and other accreditation schemes the projects opt to pursue.
• Monitor compliance & reporting on the implementation of sustainability accreditation requirements by contractors, consultants, business partners, & supply chains as needed.
• Review and monitor compliance with master plan sustainability requirements on assets, public realm, infrastructure, and master plan development.
• Support development and implementation of site-wide waste, energy, water, material, and climate change management strategies.
• Review and assure asset design compliance with waste, energy, water, material, and climate change management strategies.
• Manage the development and implementation of sustainability accreditation strategies, systems, policies, and procedures, including the provision of training, awareness, and capacity building.
• Coordinate with other teams to promote synergy and to ensure that the sustainability team is integrated with Corporate and other Division’s policies, manuals, and procedures.
• Direct the performance of the Sustainability Accreditations team toward meeting or exceeding sustainability and Project KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

Qualifications

• التعليم : Minimum Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, sustainability, and environment.
• الخبرة : Minimum 10 years experience in sustainability and/or sustainability accreditation.
• Professional Certifications Preferred : LEED BD+C AP, Mostadam AP, Estidama AP, GSAS AP
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to evolving project requirements.
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and managing project schedules.
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices, green infrastructure, and placemaking concepts.
• Preferred experience in the delivery of large-scale sustainability projects, especially in client or client-representative roles.
• Middle East sustainability accreditation experience is highly preferred.
