About the Role

We are seeking three Senior Sales Support professionals to provide vital support to our sales team. This role ensures smooth client service and accurate execution of freight and logistics requirements.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and customer documentation.




• Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to ensure service accuracy.




• Maintain client communication and follow-up.




• Assist sales executives with pipeline management.




• Contribute to reporting and data management for sales activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience in freight/logistics sales support.




• Strong organizational and communication skills.




• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.




• Russian language is an advantage.
