Specialism Quality Control / Inspection / HSE

The QAQC Engineer (Electrical & Instrumentation) oversees quality assurance and control activities related to electrical and instrumentation systems during all project phases. This includes reviewing technical documentation, conducting inspections, witnessing tests, and ensuring all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications. The engineer collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly. In addition to inspections, the QAQC Engineer maintains quality records, supports audits, and participates in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall system reliability and safety. Strong knowledge of E&I systems, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are critical to ensuring compliance and successful project delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related engineering discipline
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in E&I works within oil & gas, power, or industrial projects
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and specifications (IEC, IEEE, ISA)
• Proficiency in inspection, testing, and commissioning of E&I systems
• Experience in documentation review and audit support
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Certification in QA/QC or related discipline is an advantage
