We are seeking a superstar Partner Services Assistant – UAE National to thrive within our Planning team. If you are passionate, ambitious, and ready to be part of a fast-growing team, we’d love to hear from you!

This role is responsible for supporting and guiding marketplace vendors on day-to-day activities while connecting with internal stakeholders to deliver 360-degree support and a seamless vendor experience.

What you’ll be doing

  • Responsible for supporting and guiding the marketplace vendors on all day-to-day activities while connecting with internal stakeholders.
  • Building and managing relationships with vendors (existing and new) and ensuring that their onboarding journey is as smooth as possible.
  • Training and development of vendors and adapting best practices to continuously drive efficiency.
  • Manage vendor adoption and engagement activities such as vendor communication emails, Knowledge centre and more.
  • Be an active contributor for the development of operational solutions based on vendor requirements, acting as the internal voice of vendors from an operational perspective.
  • Serve as the central point of contact to ensure the process from Purchase Order to product go-live on the website is followed, and stakeholders are updated.
  • Support the Account Management team with vendor-related inquiries.
  • Proactively support vendors by utilizing platform tools.
  • Ensure Customer Service Standards for the department are upheld and report exceptions for monitoring/review; strive for continual process improvement.
  • Identify best practices for efficient, consistent service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Be KPI-oriented and proactively seek solutions for recurring issues.
  • Be prepared to be agile in priorities and support, undertaking other roles within the department as needed.

What We Look For

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or related role.
  • Experience in e-commerce is a must; experience with a marketplace function is an added advantage.
  • UAE Nationals with a drive to grow and develop professionally.
  • A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to extract, interpret and explain data.
