About This Role

As the Sales Director, you will drive the growth and expansion of our SaaS platform — Circles X. This is a strategic sales leadership role focused on reimagining the telco industry.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead large and strategic telco accounts and deliver on sales KPIs (e.g., funnel creation, opportunity progression, and closure).
  • Steer sales strategy and plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Develop and strengthen C-suite relationships with existing and new clients; new account development is critical to Circles X’s growth.
  • Establish a structured sales methodology and process for validation, pursuit, closure, and an effective sales cadence.
  • Optimize sales tools and provide visibility and actionable data for targeted sales efforts.
  • Establish thought leadership in the Telco vertical SaaS space with informed perspectives on best practices and trends.

What you’ll need:

  • 15+ years of sales experience in telco SaaS software, with extensive exposure to telecom operators across multiple markets.
  • Strong existing network with C-suite executives and a track record of building C-suite relationships.
  • Experience in solution/consultative selling in BSS to Telco clients.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem solving, capable of challenging the status quo with a quantitative point of view.
  • Value-based selling approach; ability to articulate business cases to C-level Telco clients.
  • Track record of closing large and complex B2B deals (long sales cycles, multiple decision makers) with deal values of USD 7-10 million ARR; demonstrated growth in early growth phases.
  • Experience delivering growth through channel partnerships, strategic alliances, or advisors.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn in a rapidly changing environment.
