About the Role
Join our team as a Senior Technical Manager – NOC Operations & Infrastructure, where you will lead mission-critical IT operations, ensuring the highest standards of performance, security, and compliance. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep technical expertise and strategic oversight of IT Infrastructure, Datacenter Operations, Servers, Storage, Backup, Networks, and Security/Cloud environments.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee NOC operations to ensure 24/7 service availability and incident resolution.
• Manage IT infrastructure and datacenter operations, including servers, storage, and backup systems.
• Implement and enforce IT policies, standards, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001/9001).
• Drive cloud and security initiatives, ensuring robust protection and scalability.
• Lead technical teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT strategy with business objectives.
• Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and tested.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience: 15+ years in IT Infrastructure, Datacenter Operations, and NOC management.
• Technical Expertise: Servers, Storage, Backup, Networks, Security, and Cloud technologies.
• Certifications: Relevant technical certifications (e.g., ITIL, ISO, Cloud, Security) are a must.
• Compliance Knowledge: Strong understanding of ISO 27001/9001 standards.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage large teams and complex IT environments.
