Senior Full Stack Software Architect (Dubai)

Our client is a fintech start-up based in Dubai, backed by a major global investment firm. This is a rare opportunity to become the first technical hire in a well-funded venture with no legacy systems, full autonomy, and a clear path to leadership. Our client is seeking a Senior Software Architect with 8+ years of experience who has utilised full-stack technologies to build trading or investment management applications. You will advise on the tech stack, design and build APIs, backend and frontend systems, and shape the entire technology function from the ground up.

This is a strategic, high-impact role for someone who understands both technology and business. المسؤوليات

• Build from zero: no legacy tech, full technical ownership
• Lead hands-on development with a clear path to CTO
• Define the tech road map and architecture from scratch
• Evaluate vendors and decide what to insource vs outsource accordingly
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership across the parent company, in a face-to-face, client-facing culture

• 6+ years in full-stack development, ideally in investment management tech
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
• Comfortable engaging with clients and stakeholders directly
• Practical, collaborative mindset, focused on execution and bringing teams together
