Leading the mechanical work on big building projects, as a Construction Manager–Mechanical, will guarantee execution according to design, schedule, and safety procedures.

Day-to-day site activities involving mechanical systems installation will be under your supervision; you will work with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the project’s smooth implementation.

Expertise in Mechanical Systems: This role requires knowledge and expertise in HVAC, plumbing, piping, and fire protection systems, while assessing compliance with the scope of work and industry standards.

Coordination of Client and Stakeholders: You will interact with the clients and project stakeholders to provide updates on your work, address any technical questions, and interact using professional communication styles.

Compliance with Quality & Safety: You will be responsible for meeting stringent HSE compliance requirements, enforcing safety requirements, and due diligence in ensuring quality control throughout the mechanical construction work.

Management of Schedule & Budget: Effective management of resources, as evidenced by the timing and budget result, will be evaluated as a key performance metric in this position.
