We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Technical Office Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing technical documents, reviewing designs, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring that all mechanical works comply with project specifications, codes, and standards.

المهام الأساسية:

• Prepare and review mechanical shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Develop detailed material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and support estimation activities.
• Review consultant/clients’ comments and incorporate necessary changes into drawings and documents.
• Ensure that all mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, etc.) meet project requirements and applicable standards.
• Attend technical meetings and provide engineering support during all project phases.

المتطلبات:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar technical office role within the construction or MEP industry.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
• Excellent understanding of construction drawings, project specifications, and relevant codes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
