An international company with offices in the Middle East and a head office in Abu Dhabi seeks to appoint an Estimation Manager at their headquarters in Abu Dhabi.

With anticipated growth throughout the Gulf region through joint ventures and strong international partnerships in O&G, energy, natural resources and transport sector. With a solid pipeline of projects in place, you will initially manage a team of 3 and grow that team.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years experience with Oil & Gas projects essential
• Leadership skills a pre-requisite
• Degree in Engineering
• Excellent interpersonal skills a must as is excellent command of English, verbal and written
• Self motivated and driven for positive outcomes
• Knowledge and experience with costing tools
• Highly developed analytical skills

Candidates with experience gained working with national oil companies are highly desirable for this role. An excellent salary package will be offered to the successful candidate.
