Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. A Master’s or Ph.D. is preferred.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models in a business environment.
• Experience in working with large datasets and real-time data.

• Business Understanding: Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify opportunities for AI-driven optimization and automation.
• Analytical Thinking: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business problems into AI solutions.

• Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and business leaders.
• Adaptability & Learning: Willingness to stay updated on the latest AI technologies and tools, and the ability to apply them to solve evolving business challenges.
