Infrastructure Support Specialist accountable for availability, performance, costs, and risks related to Network security devices and services.

Infrastructure Support Specialist provides support for enterprise-wide Network Security products, automation tools, and monitoring for complex systems and interconnected technologies that require day-to-day support and administration in order to maintain optimum performance, stability, and accessibility of services.

• Availability of the services
• Performance and quality of the services
• Capacity management of the services
• Backup and recovery solutions
• Incident and Problem management
• License management
• Palo Alto Firewalls, Checkpoint Firewall, F5 LTM, ASM, GTM, Zscaler Proxy, Cisco IPS Source fire, SSL VPN, Algosec Security management
• Expert in troubleshooting Skills – Wireshark, Http watch etc
• Troubleshooting (Incident diagnose and analysis)
• Good in communication and presentation skills
• Maintain SLA targets for P1, P2, P3, and P4 incidents

Skills

6+ years working experience in Palo Alto Firewalls, Checkpoint Firewall, F5 LTM, ASM, GTM, Zscaler Proxy, Cisco IPS Source fire, SSL VPN, Algosec Security management. Cybersecurity Knowledge.

Expert knowledge in troubleshooting tools Wireshark, Httpwatch, SSL encryption.

Automation tools, SDN technology

Good knowledge in routing protocols OSPF, BGP, Static, ISIS

Good knowledge of Networking devices and work experience in routing and switching protocols and devices.
