1. Updating of CMDB document on a weekly basis in coordination with Sales/Logistics
2. Creating techno-commercial proposals on a weekly basis
3. Coordination with vendors, distributors, and OEMs
4. Warranty tracking through in-house or external tools
5. Ensuring smooth revenue flow in conjunction with the support team by working with project managers and customers, and maintaining continuous follow-up
6. Strong knowledge of MS Office
7. Good communication skills
