About The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with 6-10+ years of experience to join our team and oversee the implementation of critical UAE Central Bank payment solutions and cross-border SWIFT payments. Your expertise in managing complex projects, coupled with a deep understanding of UAE Central Bank payment systems, will be instrumental in ensuring successful delivery and operational excellence.

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, define project scope, and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the UAE Central Bank, financial institutions, and technology partners.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively to minimize potential disruptions and ensure project success.
• Change Management: Anticipate and manage changes to project scope, timeline, or resources, ensuring that stakeholders are informed and aligned.
• Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance measures to guarantee that project deliverables meet the highest standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Team Leadership: Motivate and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support to drive project success.
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular project status reports, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and escalate issues or concerns as needed.

Required Qualifications And Experience

• 6-10+ years of proven experience in project management, with a preference for PMP certification.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with UAE Central Bank payment solutions and cross-border SWIFT payments, including UAEFTS, IPI, NPSS, WPS, ICCS, DDS, GPSSA, AAFAQ PAYMENTS SYSTEM (GCCRTGS), SWIFT Alliance.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, financial messaging standards (ISO 20022), and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in implementing payment solutions within the UAE financial sector.
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
