About the Role

The Social Monitoring Coordinator is responsible for proactively monitoring, documenting, and escalating content that may pose reputational, legal, or brand risk to the Firm, its attorneys, or affiliated individuals. This role is focused on monitoring media, transcription, documentation, and structured tracking of risk activities across multiple platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) This role is critical in helping the firm identify patterns, connect related activity across accounts, and flag potential defamation, impersonation, or coordinated activity in a timely manner. This individual will focus on monitoring, documenting evidence, and risk tracking rather than engaging externally with platforms or content creators.

Your Key Contributions

Complete standardized monitoring reports for each incident.

• Monitor specified or related accounts across platforms for:

oDefamatory remarks about the Firm, it’s attorneys, or leadership

oFalse or misleading statements about legal services

oHostile or reputationally damaging comments

oCoordinated or repeated attacks

• Review comments on posts and LIVE broadcasts and identify recommendations for LLF to mitigate risk.
• Identify when known moderators, contributors, or affiliated individuals are engaging in content creation or discussions.
• Track sentiment shifts and emerging patterns of concern.
• Follow the provided standard operating procedures to document and transcribe all required content.
• Immediately escalate high-risk content, and provide weekly reports on a regular cadence to leadership.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Bilingual (Spanish English) B2-C1
• High school diploma or equivalent
• High proficiency with various social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Preferred experience in content moderation, compliance tracking, or digital research
• Familiarity with transcription tools or manual transcription
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working and engaging with multiple social media platforms
• Ability to recognize patterns across content and accounts
• Ability to remain objective and neutral while reviewing all content
• Basic understanding of risk sensitivity and confidentiality
