Job Title: HR Director (Senior)

Salary:

Annual Salary Range: $40 – $12345 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

المسؤوليات

  • Lead and manage all HR activities ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
  • Oversee the recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates to attract top talent.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to foster a positive working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations providing guidance on employment-related matters.
  • Implement employee retention strategies aimed at reducing turnover and enhancing staff satisfaction.
  • Maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive employee information and HR matters.
  • Develop HR strategy aligned with business goals to promote organizational growth and employee development.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and provide insights for employee performance improvement.
  • Facilitate training activities and professional development programs for staff.
  • Oversee employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Serve as a mediator in conflict resolution addressing employee concerns and grievances effectively.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Human Resources roles particularly in a leadership position.
  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Desired Experience

A maximum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR management with a demonstrated track record of managing recruitment, employee engagement and performance management in a fast-paced environment.
