• Term: 12 months
• Job location: Dubai, UAE
• Experience requirement: 12+ years.
• Project Scope: Software Development Lead/Physical card and VCN and Technical Integration

Role:

• Lead the software development of solution for physical card and VCN (virtual card number) including integration with internal and external systems;
• Support on planning of technical integration
• Manage and mentor the technical team, including Developers and Architects
• Lead the technical direction of projects including architecture and design tools and technologies as aligned with business
• Build and maintain relationships with project vendors
• Ensure deliverables meet the required quality & coding standards, information security including conducting final quality reviews and sign-off.
• Ensure technical documentation is up-to-date, complete, and accessible to all stakeholders;
• Communicate Technical integration progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders;
• Support the Test Lead to develop and execute test cases.
• Manage technical Go-live and post Go-live activities

Knowledge & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Senior software engineer, technology);
• Over 12 years of experience as professional software engineer
• Experience with Java and Go (including API integration)
• Extensive experience working on payment product, integration with payment providers and proposition launches (ideally in physical and virtual prepaid cards) in multiple markets;
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and manage technical integration risks;
• An interest in the Crypto and Blockchain space is desirable.
• Ideally experience from the crypto industry and or financial market
