Job Summary
To provide technical support to concentrated solar power plant and the associate utilities and Rankin cycle (Power Block) to optimizing the electricity generation within the defined quality safety and cost parameters over long-term period meeting internal and external commitments and to ensure opportunities are identified and developed for the continuous improvement of the facility and its capabilities.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical/ Mechanical engineering education.
- Equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge skills and abilities have been achieved.
الخبرة
- 15 years’ experience of Power plants operations.
Skills
- Proven line management capabilities
- Ability to promote teamwork in multinational workforce
- Very good in English – Spoken & written.
- Strong IT skills.
- Problem solving and analysis skills.
- Proficient with PC software’s and CMMS able to write technical reports and procedures.
- Good command of and excellent oral and written English Arabic is an advantage.
- Ability to adapt to changes and flexible
- Knowledge in SCADA systems (in example Metso Siemens ABB…)
- Familiar with SAP Oracle CMMS.
- Windows Unix Solaris knowledge.
General Guidelines
- Job Holder works at solar power Plant in a controlled potentially hazardous power plant environment.
- Job Holder should report anomalies as per HSE policy
- Job holder should attend the HSE mandatory trainings as per to HSE policy
- Job holder is required to attend weekly Management site tours for safety inspection

- Provide technical support to the day to day operations of the plant and associated facilities by collecting and reviewing daily production and efficiency data and advising on changes to operating conditions/parameters to meet production plans and targets at optimum operating costs
