Our client is a hospitality firm based in Dubai are looking for an experienced Director of Financeto join our team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in setting up our finance department and team from the ground up, ensuring robust financial management and strategic planning.

المهام الأساسية:

• Establish the finance department, including developing policies, procedures, and systems.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing finance team.
• Implement financial software and tools to streamline operations and reporting.
• Oversee all financial aspects of pre-opening activities for new properties.
• Develop detailed pre-opening budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to management.

مؤهلات:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA is a Must.
• Proven experience as a Finance Director or in a similar senior financial management role within the hospitality industry and real estate sector.
• Demonstrated pre-opening experience for new hospitality properties.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial software.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
