A well-established construction chemicals company in Dubai is seeking a professional to develop and manage a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for key East African hubs. The role requires strong P&L accountability, extensive local market knowledge, and the ability to engage technical audiences. Ideal candidates will have 7–12 years of experience in the construction chemicals field and a degree in relevant engineering or chemistry disciplines, along with English fluency and some knowledge of Swahili.
