  • Maintain active communication with counterparties to match buyers and sellers, negotiate deals, and facilitate smooth execution.
  • Provide timely market intelligence, pricing updates, and strategic insights to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal trade support teams to ensure efficient deal processing, documentation, settlement, and compliance.
  • Develop and strengthen the company’s market presence in the Middle East and global energy markets.

  • Demonstrable ability to generate revenue through a transportable client base and strong market relationships.
  • Deep understanding of physical oil market structures, trading practices, contract terms, and counterparties.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a commercially aggressive and client‑first mindset.
  • Experience operating within fast‑paced, performance‑driven environments.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders across trading desks and commercial leadership.
  • Comfortable operating autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
