A leading construction company in Dubai is seeking a Design / Technical Manager to oversee design coordination and transition to construction. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in large-scale projects and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering. Responsibilities include managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring buildable designs, and liaising with stakeholders. This role offers a full-time position with no remote work options. Candidates with prior experience in the Middle East are preferred.
