Reporting into the CEO, you will have the autonomy and independence to build your own team, drive the technology capability from scratch, and work very closely with the regional technology leadership team in driving this critical initiative for the business.

The role combines robotics, data engineering, and machine learning with a specific focus on Humanoid / Embodied AI technologies.

• Design and manage large-scale robotics data pipelines
• Oversee real-world and simulated data collection
• Build scalable ingestion, storage, and versioning systems
• Manage annotation and data quality pipelines
• Collaborate with ML teams on training-ready datasets
• Mentor junior engineers and define best practices

Skills / Experience Required

• Strong experience in robotics, data engineering, or ML data pipelines
• Experience with humanoid or embodied AI systems
• Strong Python skills and ROS/ROS2 experience
• Hands-on experience with multi-modal sensor data
• Experience with large-scale data systems
• Experience with humanoid robotics or advanced manipulation
• Exposure to reinforcement or imitation learning
• Experience with simulation and synthetic data
• Research, publications, or open-source contributions
