We are looking for a Vice President of AI to lead the design, delivery, and scale-up of AI at a enterprise organisation here in Dubai.

Open to international talent – relocation available!

This role is for a builder , not a theorist – someone who has taken AI use cases from proof of concept through to real, operational deployment , with measurable business impact.

What you’ll do

• Define and execute the enterprise AI roadmap
• Identify and prioritise high-impact AI use cases
• Lead AI initiatives from POC to production
• Design and deploy Agentic AI systems that automate workflows and support decision-making
• Lead AI product and engineering teams
• Validate ROI and ensure AI delivers tangible business value

What we’re looking for

• Senior leadership experience in AI, data, or advanced digital roles
• Hands‑on experience with Agentic AI architectures
• Strong product and engineering leadership capability
• Commercial mindset with a focus on outcomes and ROI

Background can be B2B or B2C – impact matters more than industry.
