3. KEY RESPONSIBILITY

1. Oversee planning, execution, and closure of all projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to approved scope.
2. Approve project schedules, methodologies, delivery strategies, and control frameworks across the portfolio.
3. Own cost control, margin protection, cash flow, forecasting, and budget vs. actual performance with Project Managers.
4. Identify and mitigate commercial and operational risks, manage variations, and support invoicing and claims approvals.
5. Plan, approve, and optimize manpower, subcontractors, and technical resources with the correct skill mix and utilization.
6. Ensure timely, compliant procurement while monitoring vendor performance, delivery schedules, and scope adherence.
7. Resolve escalated technical, site, and resource issues, providing senior operational direction when required.
8. Enforce quality standards, HSE compliance, authority regulations, inspections, audits, and NCR closure across all projects.
9. Act as the senior operational interface for key clients and consultants, leading escalations and ensuring satisfaction.
10. Monitor project KPIs (cost, schedule, quality, risk) and ensure accurate, timely operational reporting to management.
11. Implement standardized project controls, best practices, and lessons learned to drive efficiency and consistency.
12. Promote a high-performance culture, lead PM review meetings, and support business development with operational input.

4. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

• Understanding of Smart Technologies:
  • Strong AV/ELV systems knowledge (CCTV, ACS, AV, Structured Cabling, BMS Interface … etc).
• Project Management:
  • Agile and Waterfall Methodologies: Comprehensive knowledge of different project management approaches and tools.
  • Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Competency in managing project budgets and resources effectively.
  • Previous experience in execution successfully AV/ELV Projects with value of 50 – 30M and above.
  • Certified PMP.
• Innovation and Product Development:
  • Implement a digital ELV project control dashboard (cost, manpower, progress, risks).
  • Project & financial management expertise.
  • Consistent quality across projects.
• Communication Skills:
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work with other colleagues from operation department clear guidance.
  • Client facing communication skills.
• Adaptability to change:
  • Ability to adapt within team and assure and implement a program management system.
  • Leadership and cross-functional coordination.

5. FUNCTIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

• Work closely with Smart Solution Manager assuring fully align on forecasted projects, and going on one.
