Talents Tide is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager- Digital Transformation, Arabic speaker on behalf of its semi government client in the UAE. This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex projects, manage cross‑functional teams, and ensure successful delivery within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

المهام الأساسية:

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
• Manage project resources, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ensure alignment with approved project management methodology and quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and ethical standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in project management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• PMP Certification (mandatory or highly preferred).
• 5–8 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably IT‑enabled or digital transformation projects.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be an Arabic speaker

• Risk Management & Business Continuity
• ISO 27001 – Advanced Information Security Management
• Strategic Planning for Digital Solutions
• Procurement & Technical Contract Management
