• Conduct evaluations of educational programs, labour reforms, and employment initiatives to assess their socio-economic impact.
• Collaborate with government, academic, and international partners to coordinate research efforts and share insights.
• Lead analysis of workforce trends, labour supply and demand, and broader economic indicators.
• Prepare strategic studies and reports aligning education outcomes with labour market needs.
• Convert complex data into clear, data-driven insights and visualizations to guide policy and workforce planning.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, public policy, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, policy research, or labour market studies.
• Strong analytical, research, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration capabilities.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
