We’re looking for a Transformation Leader to help transform data centre operations from fixing broken workflows to designing scalable, automated ways of working that support growth.

This role is for someone who doesn’t just document processes , but improves and automates them end-to-end.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Lead end-to-end process improvement across data centre operations, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies and turning them into streamlined, scalable workflows
• Drive business process automation using platforms such as Pega , reducing manual effort and improving speed, quality, and reliability
• Establish and embed BPM frameworks to ensure processes are standardised, measurable, and continuously optimised
• Re-engineer key operational processes to support scalability, cost efficiency, and operational resilience
• Use process analytics and mining tools to identify inefficiencies and support data-driven decision-making
• Partner closely with operations, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure changes are practical, adopted, and aligned to strategic goals
• Ensure all process transformation initiatives meet governance, compliance, and risk standards

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years’ experience in process excellence, automation, or operational optimisation within data centre, technology, or infrastructure environments
• Strong hands-on experience with BPA, BPM, and BPR methodologies
• Proven experience delivering automation using Pega and process modelling / mining tools
• Solid understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile principles
• Comfortable working across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset — able to turn complex operations into clear, efficient workflows
• Opportunity to own and shape how data centre operations evolve
• Work on meaningful automation , not surface-level process documentation
• High visibility role with real impact on efficiency, cost, and performance
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across operations and technology
