Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years post undergraduate experience
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
• Master’s degree preferred
• Working towards professional membership in Urban Design or Architecture preferred
• Experience in urban and masterplanning, urban economics, policy and development strategy
• Strong analytical modelling skills for population, employment, land demand and infrastructure
• Expertise in scenario planning, resilience and risk analysis
• Experience managing multidisciplinary projects
• Strong client engagement and stakeholder coordination skills

Experience Minimum 10 years of professional experience in urban advisory, planning or development strategy

• Shape long term visions aligned with national agendas, economic diversification and sustainability goals
• Advise on land use optimization and development positioning
• Develop analytical models for demographic and infrastructure projections
• Lead scenario planning and resilience strategies
• Oversee multidisciplinary projects ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Produce and review socio economic studies, business cases and development projections
• Maintain and grow relationships with government and private sector clients
• Support business development and contribute to methodology improvements
